Through structured challenges, education, and accountability, we help you build consistency, improve your relationship with food, and feel your best inside and outside the gym.

I provide nutrition coaching for members at CrossFit Shapesmiths, Clapham Junction, a welcoming CrossFit community under the arches by Clapham Junction.

I would say that I didn’t have any clue on nutrition before going on the journey with Kees. I think we’ve been taught all the wrong things about our bodies. For example I had an unhealthy relationship with food where I thought that the less I ate, the better or that eating carbs is “bad”. Kees has definitely taught me healthier ways of eating and making nutrition a lifestyle rather than a “diet” which I can’t stick to. I didn’t feel like I was on a diet and it actually felt really easy to lose fat.

 

I also like Kees' approach in making sure different people with different styles of learning are approached in different ways. I feel the best and most confident right now because of the journey with Kees! Aside from having a healthy relationship with food, I also feel like I have a healthier relationship with my body
